Bonuses
A welcome stage requires at least £20, paid by any method except Skrill or Neteller. Switch the bonus on in My Bonus before the qualifying deposit meets its first bet. You may hold one active bonus at any moment. Turnover is 20x deposit and bonus on welcome stages, 35x on the Weekend Reload and 40x on free-spin winnings. Each welcome stage must be wagered within 10 days. Stakes are capped at £100 while a bonus is live. A bonus releases no more than 10x its value, and free spins release at most £50 (up to 50 spins) or £100 (more than 50). Contribution rates vary by game, and anything on the excluded list counts zero. Requesting a withdrawal before or after activation voids the bonus, and cancelling it forfeits the bonus balance.
Payouts
We review each request within up to 3 business days, with a maximum of 3 pending. A deposit withdrawn before a full 1x turnover attracts a 10% fee. Money returns by the method used to deposit. Documents we request must arrive within 30 days.
