Wilson's Flooring Specialists were delighted to sponsor an iPLANit KIDS day out for underprivileged children. The children were taken to visit a bird of prey centre in Knutsford and hedgehog sanctuary in Wirral. Our directors, John and Linda Wilson, were also invited to join the children.
iPLANit KIDS has recently added to its growing range of nature based events and children's workshop projects. The visit was aimed at educating young people on environmental topics and how they can defend nature in making the world a better place – with plenty of fun also included.
Stace Conroy, Founder of iPLANit KIDS, said, “The main outcome of the event was to educate and give an experience that every child would never forget. It was very satisfying and I feel we achieved what we set out to do - it was truly a memorable day.”
Wilson's Flooring Specialists of Moreton and Birkenhead sponsored the event, to make a special day happen for children in the local community. John Wilson, Managing Director said, “it was a fantastic event and it was a pleasure for our business to be part of this and to see the happy faces of the children enjoying themselves and learning more about the environment they live in.”
